Service Description
This option is for those who: - Want help figuring out a custom design - Need to talk through ideas, colors, or layout options - Are working on a unique or bulk order - Have inspiration pics or concepts but need help bringing them to life - This is a deeper, creative call, perfect for bouncing around ideas and getting input before placing your order. ⚠️ This call is non-refundable unless I cancel. There is a 5-minute grace period to join the Zoom meeting. If you miss the session or are late, it will be considered a no-show.
Cancellation Policy
Your session will take place over Zoom. The link will be sent to your email after your booking is accepted. - Please join on time using the Zoom link provided. - There is a 5-minute grace period. If you haven’t joined the Zoom call within 5 minutes of the scheduled start time, the session will be marked as a no-show and will not be refunded. - You may cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours in advance with no fee. - Cancellations between 24 hours and 1 hour before the session will be charged 50% of the booking fee. - Cancellations within 1 hour or no-shows will be charged 100% of the booking fee. - Paid appointments are non-refundable unless I have to cancel. ** I do not extend or reschedule missed appointments, so please double-check your tech and time zone before joining.**
