This free call is for those who: - Just want to ask about pricing or compare with other businesses - Didn’t find a perfect fit in the online price list - Already know exactly what they need and how many - Don’t need help brainstorming or creating a design
Cancellation Policy
Your session will take place over Zoom. The link will be sent to your email after your booking is accepted. - Please join on time using the Zoom link provided. - There is a 5-minute grace period. If you haven’t joined the Zoom call within 5 minutes of the scheduled start time, the session will be marked as a no-show and will not be refunded. - You may cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours in advance with no fee. - Cancellations between 24 hours and 1 hour before the session will be charged 50% of the booking fee. - Cancellations within 1 hour or no-shows will be charged 100% of the booking fee. - Paid appointments are non-refundable unless I have to cancel. ** I do not extend or reschedule missed appointments, so please double-check your tech and time zone before joining.**
